Trouble Shooting various mechanism for Oxygen Plant, Nitrogen Plant, Acetylene Plant

Oxygen Plant, Nitrogen Plant, Acetylene Plant various Trouble Shooting method are as follows:

Second stage valve leaking, dirt under valves.	Remove stage head and clean valve.
Second stage leaking due to breakage of valve plate and spring	Replace valve or spring.
Compressor second stage pressure higher than normal:
Third stage valve leaking slowly	Clean or lap valve plates.
Compressor first stage pressure higher than normal:
Second stage valve leaking slowly	Clean or lap valve plates.
Compressor first stage pressure below normal:
First stage valves leaking	Clean first stage valves.
Compressor safety valves does not reset after operation:
Pressure not reduced enough for valve restarting	Reduce pressure to zero and then try.
Dirt under seat	Remove safety valve, clean, reassemble and test.
High pressure drier:
Condensate drain valve on high pressure drier is open but nothing comes out:
Rain valve clogged	Move hopper switches to OFF' position. Stop acetylene. Close manifold supply valves. Close compressor outlet valves..
Drain valve repeatedly becomes clogged:
Not enough water being used to flush bottom of drier	Use more water when flushing.
Back pressure valve:
Back pressure valve causing back pressure to be too high :
Valve seat damaged	Disassemble and repair.
Inner valve sticking	Disassemble and clean.
Air compressor
Air compressor does not maintain pressure
Overload relay is malfunctioning	Press start push button. Compressor does not start. Press overload reset, then press start push button.
Pressure switch malfunctioning	Reset switch.
Condensate drain valve on receiver tank open	Close valve.
Air intake clogged	Clean filter or replace elements.
Leak in airline	Clean all lines with soap water.
Head valves leaking	Clean or replace defective parts
Drive belt loose	Adjust belt.
