| Overload tripped on one hopper | Reset power starter overload really. |

| Check hopper pressure. | Is hopper pressure more than the tank pressure? If so check pressure on flash back arrestor |
| Hopper hydraulic valve not opening. | If flash back arrestor
pressure is okay see 10.5.1.2 it it is not see, 10.5.1.1 Check oil pre=5ure. If it is belO1-J /5 Psig, check the opening of the bypass valve and alsc the oil level. Fortify the abnormalities. |

| hopper starter overload. trippers. | Reset hopper starter overload. |
| Water level in generator too low. | Check low level air pressure gauge. if it is above 7 Psig, it is okay. |
| Air supply pressure too low. | Correct air supply pressure. Check to determine why alarm bell was not ringing and rectify the same. |
| generator pressure above 17 Psig generator safety valve should be venting: | |
| Water not added to compensate temp drop due to shut down. | Water inlet pressure is not adequate or water meter is faculty, check. |
| Pointer on the temperature transmitter on extreme left: | |
| Offset adjustment not properly set. | Adjust nut. |
| Capillary tube is leaking. | Replace capillary tube. |
| Cooler condenser: | |
| Temperature of acetylene leaving cooler condenser above room temperature: | |
| Water flow through cooler condenser not sufficient. | Increase flow of water |
| Air trapped of cooler condenser | Open air vent valve to trapped air. |
