Universal manufactured the first successful oxygen/nitrogen plant at New Delhi in 1985 which was approved by Dr. Boschi of Italy himself and certified confirming international specification.

Universal became a manufacturer and exporter of oxygen/nitrogen plants with the know-how, designs and drawings and the close supervision of theItalian Engineers.

The plants we produce

Dr. Boschi of Italy invented in Europe in 1930 low and medium pressure oxygen/nitrogen plants based on Linde and Claude cycle. This technology was perfected by Dr. Boschi in Italy even for small plants as low as 20m3/hr to 500m3/hr to produce high purity industrial and medical oxygen from liquid oxygen using leakproof stainless steel column and liquid oxygen pump with cylinder filling station due to this advanced feature, the quality of oxygen produced from even small plants is the same as compared to the oxygen produced from big tonnage plants installed by world leaders like Air Products, Praxair, BOC, Air Liquide. This has created a worldwide revolution and more and more new entrepreneurs are setting up small low capital cost oxygen factories with very high profitability almost in every city/industrial area in the world.Since our quality is at par with other European and American manufacturers and our prices are very low and competitive.

The American and European manufacturers are too costly almost 4 to 5 times higher for the same quality and designs and as per the various reports and emails received from oxygen plant users worldwide, we have come to know that local Indian and Chinese manufacturers are still making copies of old type of copper plants with ordinary brass, copper and ordinary steel even for cryogenic parts and equipments which are non-branded products without any backing or technological support of a branded European/American manufacturer. These plants give a good outer appearance but the inside quality and engineering is not sound and therefore subject to lot of breakdowns and some users of local Indian and Chinese have reported extremely poor quality of oxygen gas and leakages.

Whereas the plants produced by Universal are properly backed by engineering and good cryogenic technology from Dr. Boschi of Italy and Mr. Sanjiv Agrawal being a technocrat has spent 25 years with Dr. Boschi and his engineers to make sure that identical plant is produced by Universal.
